DO I NEED TO SUPPLY THE MATERIALS?
When working with us on envelope addressing or place card calligraphy, the client typically provides the materials. However, we are able to accommodate and get the necessary paper items needed. It is important to remember to order 10% extra just in case of ink mishaps or human error.
CAN YOU DO CUSTOM COLORED INK?
Yes! We do our best to color match to your event design and color pallet. We offer calligraphy in a variety of ink colors including metallics. If for some reason the original color choice won't work out, we'll let you know right away so we can find a solution!
WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
Time frame can vary depending on current availability. A more detailed time frame will be discussed upon contract signing.
Envelopes: Please allow 10 business days for guest addressing. Rush jobs can be requested for an additional fee.
WE HAVE AN INVITATION DESIGNER ALREADY, CAN WE STILL INCORPORATE YOUR CALLIGRAPHY?
Spot Calligraphy is something that we do often and we would love to work with you and your designer!
how do i make a payment?
50% of the payment will be due at the scheduled start date. The final payment will be due upon completion of the job. There is no cancellation fee if job is cancelled 30 days before start date and you will receive your deposit back in full.
WHAT FORMAT DO YOU PREFER NAME LISTS AND ADDRESSES?
The client is responsible for all decisions regarding abbreviations, capitalization, spelling, etc. How you type the names and addresses is exactly how I will write it. When compiling your list please alphabetize and number the list using Microsoft Word.
